Your agent, your server
Syncky Health moves your Apple Health data from your iPhone to software you run, your own AI agent or your own server, and lets it write entries back into Health. There is no account and no advertising.
Coming soon to the App Store
Set up an AI agent · Home Assistant in 5 steps · Already run a Health Auto Export server?
How it works
- To your AI agent, end-to-end encrypted. The iPhone seals each message for your agent's key and leaves it at Syncky Relay. Your agent polls the relay over outbound HTTPS, so it needs no public URL, no open port and no certificate.
- To your server, directly. The iPhone posts to your Home Assistant, InfluxDB, n8n, Node-RED or your own code, in Syncky JSON, Health Auto Export JSON, CSV or InfluxDB line protocol. Nothing passes through us.
- Back into Health. Your agent or server can write weight, water, caffeine and the other types you allow, and the app removes what Syncky wrote whenever you want.
- To a file. Export JSON or CSV to Files or AirDrop, free, any time.
Three things you can check
- The relay only holds sealed messages, for at most 7 days. It has no key. The message format and its test vectors and the reference agent that opens them are open source (Apache-2.0, being published). The relay does see metadata: device ids, IP address, time and size.
- It writes only what you allowed, and marks the source. You choose per agent and per server which types it may write. The iPhone refuses anything else, and every entry it writes carries an identifier naming the agent or server that asked for it.
- No account. No sign-in, no email, no password. You buy a plan in the app through the App Store.
Who it is for
- AI-agent users. Claude Code, OpenClaw or any MCP client on your own machine reads your Health data through the Syncky agent and logs entries back. Agents in 5 minutes.
- Home Assistant and self-hosters. Steps, heart rate, weight and sleep as Home Assistant data, InfluxDB series or n8n and Node-RED flows. The Home Assistant recipe · All server recipes.
- Quantified Self. Your history in your own database, in open formats, with deletions sent too, so your copy stays in step with Health.

Questions
Does it sync in the background? Whenever iOS wakes the app: Health background delivery, Background App Refresh, a Shortcuts automation, the widgets and the Live Activity. iOS lets apps read Health only while the iPhone is unlocked, so nothing is real time. The Reliability screen shows what woke the app in the last 24 hours and what to turn on.
What if my agent is offline? Relay keeps the sealed messages for up to 7 days. Your agent collects them when it comes back. After 7 days a message is deleted, and your agent can ask the iPhone to send that period again.
I got a new iPhone. Install Syncky Health, restore your purchase with the same Apple ID, pair your agent again with one scan and add your servers again (a setup link fills one in). The app sends its recent history again. On the agent, syncky-agent revoke <old phone> --replaced-by <new phone> moves the old phone's data to the new one.
How do refunds work? Plans are App Store purchases, so Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your App Store account settings. See Pricing and the Terms.
What does Syncky see? Nothing of your health. Relay sees device ids, IP address, time and message size. Usage statistics are off until you turn them on in the app. The Privacy Policy has every detail.
